Fixer services in Wales.
Based near Abergavenny, we support visiting production teams with location scouting, recces, crew sourcing, equipment, transport and accommodation. Our fixer services bring those local arrangements together around your shoot.
From the Black Mountains and Bannau Brycheiniog to the South Wales valleys, Cardiff, Swansea and the coast, we help match the setting to your brief and coordinate access with the relevant owners and authorities. Locations remain subject to availability and owner approval.
Need more than local coordination? We can also support budgets, schedules and production management, or deliver complete local service production.

Planning a shoot in Wales.
Filming permissions
Requirements depend on the location and the activity, not simply on filming in Wales. We help identify the landowner or relevant authority and coordinate permissions for the proposed shoot. Confirm access before committing your schedule; there is no single permit or universal lead time covering every location.
The right starting brief
Send your treatment, location references, preferred dates, crew size and budget range, along with any specific access or transport needs. Tell us whether you need a Welsh fixer for selected services or a team to manage the whole local production.
A shoot beyond Wales
Our home base is Wales; our production support also covers England and Scotland.
